newmodbus utility by Ross Wheeler
This utility has been written specifically as a lightweight, fast, stable
tool to read data from the Midnite Classic series charge controllers, and
optionally write data back to the controllers, to log to local or remote
hosts and display various debugging information and modbus commands.
